Harold Wayne Fuller and one sister, Brenda Sue Fuller. Jim was preceded in death by his parents one brother, Col. He treated every person who walked through the door of Spanky’s as a member of his own family.
Jim was full of life, and had love for everyone he met. He was the owner of Spanky’s Bar in the Elgin Community, where he could often be found to share advice, or lend a listening ear. Jim also had a fondness for horses, and loved raising, riding, and breaking them. He enjoyed collecting and building motorcycles, and owned many different types of motorcycles. Jim was a 1968 graduate of Oil Trough High School, and attended Arkansas State University. He was born on Christmas Day, 1951 in the Union Hill Community of Independence County, the son of Everett Eugene and Veda Maxine (McDougal) Fuller. Jimmy Fuller of Newport, Arkansas, departed this life on Tuesday, Septemat the age of 71.
